The bindrune is drawn in red directly onto the bone, a colour choice that is not incidental. Red in the Norse tradition carries the weight of vitality, of force, of blood and breath and the energy that drives a life forward. It is the right colour for a composition built around direction, purpose and protection. The three intentions sit together naturally: direction gives purpose its path, purpose gives protection its reason, and protection clears the way for both.

Finished with an attached strap, this piece travels or stays as its owner decides. Hang it on a wall, loop it onto a bag, fasten it somewhere it will be seen. The intention is not fixed to one location. It moves with whoever needs it.
