THOR'S HAMMER

The Thor's Hammer T-Shirt carries one of the most significant symbols in Viking art on a wearable piece of Norse art built to last. Mjolnir is not simply the weapon of the Thunder god. It is the universal pagan banner, a symbol so widespread that over 1000 hammer amulets have been found across the European continent, with more carved into stone. This is that symbol taken seriously.

The design is by Isar Oakmund, built from the Ringerike style with modifications drawn from other period sources. The hammer itself is flanked by Thor's two fierce goats, Tandgnistr and Tandgnostr, the animals that pull his chariot across the sky. On the handle sits a Godmask of Thor himself, the whole composition locked together in Isar's signature ornamental interlace.

Screen printed locally on a unisex 100% cotton base. Relaxed fit. Finished with a woven sleeve tag with the Northern Black logo embroidered in white. This is a pre-order.
