Guaranteed Christmas Shipping Dates
As the festive season draws near, we're excited to share our guaranteed shipping dates to ensure your treasures from Northern Black arrive in time for Christmas. These deadlines are your key to a stress-free holiday, ensuring your gifts land under the tree just when you need them.
Please note: Orders placed after these deadlines may still arrive in time, but we can't guarantee a Christmas delivery beyond these dates.
GLOBAL SHIPPING DEADLINES
- Africa, Central & South America, Asia, Australia, Caribbean, Middle East, New Zealand: Order by Tuesday, December 5th for guaranteed delivery.
- Europe (selected countries): For our customers in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Eastern Europe (excluding Czech Republic and Poland), France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, and Turkey, please place your orders by Thursday, December 7th.
- United Kingdom: Ensure your orders are in by Thursday, December 21st.
HOLIDAY NOTICE
Peter and The Northern Black Team will be taking a well-deserved break starting December 21st, after dispatching the last orders. We'll be back to serve you from January 2nd. We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Thank you for your incredible support throughout 2023. We're eagerly looking forward to an amazing 2024 with you.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note, there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping thresholds: We offer free international shipping for all orders over £150
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates.

Please allow 8 to 20 days for international shipping depending on your region.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Northern Black is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@northernblack.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@northernblack.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
