ISAZ HANGING DECORATION

The Isaz Hanging Decoration is a hand made wooden Yule ornament carrying Isar Oakmund's design of the Isaz rune, finished with twine for hanging. Small batch. When they are gone, they are gone.

Isaz is the rune of ice, of stillness, of everything brought to a halt so that one thing and one thing only can be seen clearly. At Yule, when the land is frozen and the world has slowed to its quietest point, Isaz is the rune of the season in its most elemental form. The ice on the ground, the silence in the air, the moment before the fire is lit. Isaz on the tree is not a warning. It is an invitation to be still, to let the clarity that the cold brings do its work, and to carry that stillness into the new year that is waiting on the other side of it.

Hand made and hand finished. Twine included for hanging.
