PERTHRO HANGING DECORATION

The Perthro Hanging Decoration is a hand made wooden Yule ornament carrying Isar Oakmund's design of the Perthro rune, finished with twine for hanging. Small batch. When they are gone, they are gone.

Perthro is one of the most mysterious runes in the Elder Futhark - its literal meaning is debated, its associations range from the lot cup used in divination to fate, chance and the hidden forces that shape a life from beneath the surface. At Yule, the season of reflection and the turning point between what has been and what is yet to come, Perthro on the tree is an acknowledgement of everything that cannot be planned for. The year held surprises. The next one will too. Perthro does not promise to reveal them. It simply reminds you they are there.
