Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs charges based on your country's policies. Northern Black cannot guarantee exemption from these fees.
What if I provided the wrong shipping address?
If your order hasn't shipped, contact us immediately to update the address. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery details. We will gladly resend your order, at buyer's expense.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free shipping within the UK on orders over £50GBP.

After dispatch, track your order using the provided tracking number on the Royal Mail Tracking website.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped, contact us to request a cancellation. Once shipped, cancellations aren't possible.
