The Book

112 pages of illustrations, stories and information about the 24 Elder Futhark runes, written by Isar Oakmund. The texts focuses on both ancient knowledge and modern insight, with the simple and clear idea that the magic of the runes is far from gone, it is a living tradition, worth our attention and dedication. The Book of the Runes will be a hardbound canvas cover book, made worthy of any dignified library or collection.
The Book will be thread sewn for permanent lay-flat strength. The Book will have a dust-jacket of scratch-free 170Gsm silk paper, with the beautiful Odin-illustration by Galaxara. The interior pages will be 170gsm silk art paper, full colour printed.

The Cards

The 24 Elder Futhark, beautifully illustrated by Galaxara, with art direction and ornaments by Isar Oakmund. Each card holds a stunning illustration that sets a mood and tells a story about the meaning of the rune, creating the perfect setting when reading the runes. The cards are printed on 425+425 double-sided paper, treated with anti-scratch surfacing and UV protection, to be as durable as we could possibly make them.
