URUZ HANGING DECORATION

The Uruz Hanging Decoration is a hand made wooden Yule ornament carrying Isar Oakmund's design of the Uruz rune, finished with twine for hanging. Small batch. When they are gone, they are gone.

Uruz is the rune of the aurochs, the great wild ox of the northern world - a creature of raw strength, vitality and the primal force of life that does not ask permission. At Yule, when the year has taken its toll and the new one is waiting to be met, Uruz on the tree is a declaration of the energy needed to step forward into it. Not hope, exactly. Something more physical than that. The strength to begin again.

Hand made and hand finished. Twine included for hanging.
